You’re probably thinking what in the world is she talking about? Am I right?

The Gain Train is where I am personally at in my fitness journey:
- Motivated

- Looking to Kick Ass & Take Names (Really just my own ass and I like my name so I’ll keep it)
I say I am on the Gain Train now, but what I do NOT want you to think is that I have always been on the Gain Train. Believe me, 2 years ago I was on the train that had already made its first STOP – Overweight Station – and I had, what seemed to be, a one way ticket to the corner of Misery Lane and Self Loathing Place.
Now I know what you are wondering.
How do you go from being on the train to Misery Lane and Self Loathing Place, to being on the Gain Train, full speed ahead towards nothing but gains?!
